How often should I schedule massage therapy sessions?
The frequency of massage therapy sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Your therapist will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that aligns with your wellness objectives.

Does Graston Technique or cupping hurt?

Graston Technique pain level depends on the client. Some will more sensitive based on the severity of the issue that is being worked on. Some may be bruised afterwards. I use a range of pressure based on what I feel the body needs. I always have open communication to make sure that you are feeling okay. It may be uncomfortable at times but the results are very much worth it.

Cupping also varies on how much it could hurt. I do slide and stationary cupping. 

Please consult with your doctor if you feel you are unsure about using Graston or Cupping.
