Send the date, location, and roughly how many people you'd like to treat. I'll suggest how many hours you'll need and send a clear quote. A short service agreement confirms your date.
I bring everything
Professional massage chair, sanitizing supplies, sign-up sheet, and intake forms. All you provide is a quiet corner about 8×8 feet near an outlet.
Your team rotates through
Employees sign up for a time slot and step in for about 15 minutes. I sanitize the chair between every person and keep the schedule moving.
Simple, hourly pricing with no minimum
Want shorter sessions so more people get a turn? Ten-minute slots fit about 6 people an hour at the same hourly rate.
Book as little as one hour; there's no minimum. For events longer than 2 hours, I take a 15-minute break every 2 hours so every person gets my best work. Travel within Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, and North Indianapolis is included. Outside that area, travel is $10 for every 10 miles, and it's always listed in your quote.
Recurring wellness days

Company-paid or employee-paid
Most companies cover the full event. You can also host me and let employees pay for their own sessions, or split the cost. Just ask.
Booking & payment
A short service agreement confirms your date. After the event, I'll send an invoice you can pay by card, Zelle, or Venmo. Card payments include a 2.6% processing fee.

I'm Mary Irvine, a licensed and insured massage therapist with over 11 years of experience, including spa, physical therapy, and athletic settings. I handle every corporate event myself, so you'll always know exactly who's showing up.
No. Chair massage is done fully clothed, with no oils or lotions, so people can go straight back to work.
About an 8×8-foot area, ideally a quiet corner, small conference room, or empty office. Access to an outlet is helpful for soft music.
I sanitize the chair and face cradle between every person, use fresh face cradle covers, and sanitize my hands before each session.
Everyone fills out a short intake form before their session. I'll adjust or skip areas as needed, and pressure is always up to the person in the chair.
Two to three weeks is ideal, especially for busy seasons and holidays, but reach out even if your date is sooner. I'll do my best to make it work.
